Terms & Conditions

1. Insurance Coverage

The insurance covers third-party accidents only.
In case of damage caused by the customer’s fault, fire, or theft, the customer is fully responsible and must pay for any damage caused to the vehicle.

2. Vehicle Inspection

The customer must carefully inspect the vehicle before rental.
By accepting the vehicle, the customer confirms that it is in good condition and accepts it as is.

3. Fines & Violations

All traffic fines, penalties and administrative violations incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Helmet Use

Wearing a helmet is mandatory by law.
Loss or damage to the helmet will result in a charge of €80.

5. Accidents & Mechanical Issues

In the event of an accident, mechanical failure, or material damage, the customer must report the incident within 24 hours.
Failure to do so will result in the customer being held fully responsible for any damage caused.

6. Fuel Policy

Fuel costs are borne by the customer.
The vehicle is delivered with a full fuel tank and must be returned full (full-to-full policy).
If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, the customer will be charged for the fuel difference.

7. Prohibited Use

It is strictly forbidden:
a) For anyone other than the authorized driver stated in the contract to operate the vehicle.
b) To drive on beaches or sandy areas.
c) To carry more than two persons on the vehicle.
d) To drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
e) To participate in races or drive recklessly.
f) To take the vehicle off the island.

If any of the above terms are violated, the vehicle may be confiscated without refund, and a fine of up to €200 may be imposed.

8. Return Time

The vehicle must be returned at the time specified in the contract.
A delay of up to one (1) hour will result in a charge equivalent to one full day’s rental.

9. No Refund Policy

Once the rental contract has been signed, no refunds will be issued.

10. Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute between the contracting parties, the courts of Corfu shall have jurisdiction.

11. Personal Data

The customer agrees to the registration and storage of their personal data in an electronic database, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
